TERMS OF SERVICE
Last Updated: February 10, 2026
1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Chaariot Consulting OS (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Revenue Infrastructure Firm based in India. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
2. NATURE OF SERVICES
We provide “Revenue Infrastructure” services, including but not limited to:
Tier 1: Diagnostic Audits and GTM Strategy.
Tier 2: Technical installation of client acquisition systems (e.g., Cold Email setups, CRM architecture).
Tier 3: Ongoing governance and maintenance of said systems.
3. NO GUARANTEES OF REVENUE
While we build high-performance infrastructure based on industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific revenue results, number of leads, or closed deals. Marketing and sales results depend on market conditions, your offer, and your sales team’s performance. You pay for the architecture and installation, not the outcome.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP
Client Ownership: Upon full payment, you (the Client) own 100% of the “Assets” we build for you, including:
Domain names purchased on your behalf.
The specific copy/scripts written for your campaigns.
The data inside your CRM (HubSpot/Clay).
Agency IP: We retain ownership of our proprietary methodologies, internal tools, and pre-existing templates used to build your system.
5. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
Our services involve integrating third-party software (e.g., Apollo, Smartlead, HubSpot, Clay).
You agree to abide by the Terms of Service of these third-party platforms.
We are not responsible for bans, suspensions, or data loss caused by these third-party platforms (e.g., if Google suspends an email account).
Subscription costs for these tools are the direct responsibility of the Client.
6. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
Payment: All fees are due upfront or according to the payment schedule agreed upon in your Invoice.
No Refunds: Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once work has commenced.
Work is deemed commenced once access, deocumentation, or onboarding materials are delivered.
